Termination

Closed Captioning
The Friend Formula LLC complies with all applicable Federal Communications Commission rules and regulations regarding the closed captioning of video content.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between the user and the company, superseding all prior versions. Users may be subject to additional terms for other services, affiliate services, or third-party content.
Choice of Law and Forum
New Jersey law governs these Terms of Service without regard to conflict of law provisions. All claims must be filed in Essex County, New Jersey courts or the U.S. District Court for New Jersey. Both parties submit to personal jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.
Waiver and Severability of Terms
Failure by the company to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found invalid, courts should give effect to the parties' intentions, and remaining provisions shall stay in full force.
No Right of Survivorship / Non-Transferability
Accounts are non-transferable and terminate upon the account holder's death. Upon receipt of a death certificate, accounts may be terminated and all contents permanently deleted.
Statute of Limitations
Any claim or cause of action arising from use of the service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it shall be forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
